Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead plant quality operations aligned with safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global standards, GQMTS, and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including OEE and Plant Optimization.
• Oversee quality systems, audits (LPA), and laboratory operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (STEM preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or a related field (or 10+ years without a STEM degree).
• Proven experience leading technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IATF preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
