What you will do

• Manage the migration of equipment, processes, and new products to the plant.
• Coordinate Level II and III NPI projects, including capacity increases and the introduction of new designs.
• Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) and routing.
• Establish and maintain liaisons with corporate headquarters for product transfer and documentation.
• Manage supplier development activities for equipment and tools to improve processes.
• Provide engineering support and maintain quality system documentation for all business units.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and new product migration.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in project management software and Gantt chart management.
• Knowledge of product costing.
• Must be located at or able to work from the Nogales, Sonora facility.
