Production Scheduler

TL;DR

Production Scheduler (Manufacturing): Capture and disseminate customer needs through close contact with Customer Services by creating, coordinating, and managing production plans with an accent on timely supply of materials and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Focus on analyzing requirements, optimal preparation of production plans, balancing production loads, and reporting to the organization.

What you will do

• Report production line requirements to the organization on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Keep Customer Service informed about requirements status.
• Validate correct loading of orders in Oracle system.
• Analyze production line requirements to identify modifications affecting on-time delivery.
• Prepare optimal production plans and develop production programs for each line/area.
• Deliver updated production programs to departments with support of auxiliaries and balance production loads across compatible lines.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle system for order management.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to analyze requirements and manage production to avoid stoppages and late deliveries.
