Manufacturing Process Engineer (Hardware)

What you will do

• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews for new and existing products.
• Optimize manual and automated assembly processes to increase production capacity and efficiency.
• Design and source custom fixtures and tooling in coordination with suppliers.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and qualify processes for new product introductions.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve manufacturing-related quality issues and drive cost reductions.
• Set up Reverse Logistics Triage Testing systems and implement RMA processes.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer or in a related field.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong electro-mechanical background and expert knowledge of assembly and supplier management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with CAD (NX).
• Experience using simulation software tools like Flex Sim or ProModel.
