What you will do

• Manage and administer internal and external customer complaints as part of the Customer Care team.
• Coordinate root cause analysis for customer-reported incidents and track actions until full closure.
• Lead client meetings and visits to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Identify and implement process improvement suggestions to enhance quality.
• Plan and manage staff allocation in alignment with company quality objectives.
• Perform quality testing based on technical drawings and test plans to ensure part integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is required.
• Extensive experience in the automotive industry, including manufacturing processes and product range.
• Expertise in Core Tools: APQP, CP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001-2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Proficiency in risk analysis, troubleshooting tools, and the 7 quality tools.
