What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment while balancing workforce according to demand.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and enforce internal work regulations.
• Maintain control of materials, including WIP, scrap, and overall material flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools such as 5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, and Poka-Yoke.
• Communicate performance and goals through tier meetings to ensure departmental alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
• Experience managing personnel and leading teams.
• Strong conflict management, adaptability, and trust-building skills.
• Location: Must be based in Matehuala, San Luis Potosí.
