What you will do

• Support NPI Project Engineer in project execution and follow-ups.
• Participate in the development of manufacturing systems, assembly lines, and process methods.
• Create process sheets, work instructions, and production standards.
• Support prototype assembly, testing, and validation of new products.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to meet quality, cost, and cycle time targets.
• Conduct training activities for operators and production personnel.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field (recent graduate or final semester).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
