Salary: $95,000 - $154,000 USD (depending on geographical tier)

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Cross-Functional Leads to set and monitor objectives and core metrics for all product initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to help cross-functional teams and leadership monitor workstream progress.
• Collaborate with the Go To Market team to identify and measure the impact of growth levers.
• Translate complex data insights into clear and effective execution directions for product teams.
• Partner with Product to investigate and size new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience running ad hoc investigations and exploratory analysis on datasets using SQL.
• 3+ years in a finance or analytics role at a fast-growing marketplace or SaaS startup.
• Deep understanding of typical marketplace metrics and ecosystem dynamics.
• Ability to express business relationships with mathematical equations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the US (eligible for US benefits like 401k).
