What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts across Core Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance value stream pods.
• Own the BI roadmap and delivery, ensuring data priorities align with business-critical objectives.
• Lead the creation of long-term BI strategies and resource plans for the 2026-2027 period.
• Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to design and implement the next generation of scalable data products.
• Ensure high precision and transparency of data required for financial audits.
• Drive the adoption of SQL, DBT, and AI tools to increase team velocity and insight consistency.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• 3-4 years of experience managing analysts.
• Must be based in the Contiguous US.
• Mastery of the modern data stack, specifically SQL, DBT, and BI visualization tools.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and navigate complex business strategies.
• Experience with transformational leadership and fostering a generative team culture.
