TL;DR

Sr. Analyst, Revenue Operations (AI Grocery): Manage and optimize revenue operations tech stack and data systems for high-growth grocery AI platform with an accent on data integrity, KPI dashboards, and process automation. Focus on building centralized reporting, forecasting support, and AI-driven insights to enable sales, customer success, and marketing teams.

Location: Remote, must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, WI

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD + 10% variable

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize RevOps tech stack including Salesforce and HubSpot for high data integrity and seamless synchronization.
  • Build, maintain, and interpret centralized KPI dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Partner with revenue teams to refine workflows, reduce sales cycle friction, and improve deal velocity.
  • Provide quantitative foundation for revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews with accurate real-time data.
  • Audit bookings and billings with Finance and Customer Success, automating operational flows.
  • Ensure Salesforce data hygiene and governance through validation rules and processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of: AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, WI
  • Experience in revenue operations, tech stack management (Salesforce, HubSpot), and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in building KPI dashboards, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Skills in process optimization, workflow refinement, and sales enablement.
  • Experience with data hygiene, governance, and automation in CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing automation and AI-driven insights in revenue operations.
  • Proven track record integrating AI tools with CRM and GTM stacks.
  • Built and maintained AI-driven dashboards for sales, marketing, and account management.
  • Design and maintenance of sales training processes, playbooks, and onboarding.
