TL;DR

Event Marketing Manager (eCommerce): Own the strategy and execution of field marketing programs across the US, driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact with an accent on trade shows, executive experiences, third-party conferences, and owned programs. Focus on developing quarterly event plans, leading end-to-end execution, cross-functional alignment, budget management, and performance analysis.

Location: New York (Hybrid). Able to travel within the US as needed.

Salary: $110,000-120,000

What you will do

  • Own US field events strategy and execution, aligning with GTM priorities to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop quarterly event plans supporting sales targets, vertical focus, and ABM initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of owned and third-party events, ensuring strong positioning, engagement, and ROI.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, ABM, ops, and customer success.
  • Manage budgets, forecast spend, optimize allocation, and track ROI based on performance data.
  • Design pre- and post-event campaigns, including targeting, meeting generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
  • Analyze performance, present insights to leadership, and refine processes while mentoring coordinators.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B event or field marketing.
  • Proven ownership of event programs tied to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and GTM collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Confident stakeholder manager and clear communicator.
  • Able to travel within the US as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing tech.
  • Experience partnering closely with ABM and sales leadership.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
