What you will do
- Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned to partnership goals and revenue targets, collaborating with Partner Managers.
- Build joint campaigns with partners to generate qualified pipeline and integrate them into ABM, regional, events, and demand gen channels.
- Manage the partner marketing lifecycle from onboarding to growth, creating enablement toolkits and co-marketing frameworks.
- Track and report on KPIs, optimize campaigns based on data, and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partnerships, documenting processes for scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with partner, ecosystem, channel, or field marketing experience.
- Proven execution of integrated campaigns driving measurable pipeline via co-marketing or joint GTM.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across partnerships, sales, and marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and marketing reporting tools; experience managing budgets and ROI.
- Understanding of technology ecosystem, marketing processes, and partner integration into ABM, global campaigns, and demand gen.
- Analytical mindset for building reporting frameworks and tracking KPIs; English proficiency required for applications and communication.
