What you will do

• Administer SuccessFactors and related HR technologies, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and integrations with payroll/finance.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports/dashboards for HR metrics and senior leadership requests.
• Support compensation reviews, maintain salary structures/career ladders, and conduct benchmarking analyses.
• Collaborate on performance management, engagement, DEI initiatives, and cross-functional projects with Legal, Finance, IT.
• Ensure compliance with policies, stay updated on trends, and improve people processes.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills
• +4 years in People Operations, HR Analytics, or similar HR function
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors highly valued
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and HR dashboards (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Excellent communication, including presenting to senior leadership
• Ability to handle confidential data and navigate ambiguity
