What you will do

  • Develop and implement global employee engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the design and execution of total rewards reporting, including compensation and benefits benchmarking.
  • Analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure equitable pay practices across the organization.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to HR business partners and leadership regarding rewards and recognition.
  • Utilize tools like Tableau and Power BI to track key metrics and measure program effectiveness.
  • Integrate analytics insights into broader talent management and organizational development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, or total rewards.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, as well as HRIS systems.
  • Proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel globally (0-10% of the time).
