What you will do
- Develop and implement global employee engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the design and execution of total rewards reporting, including compensation and benefits benchmarking.
- Analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure equitable pay practices across the organization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to HR business partners and leadership regarding rewards and recognition.
- Utilize tools like Tableau and Power BI to track key metrics and measure program effectiveness.
- Integrate analytics insights into broader talent management and organizational development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, or total rewards.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, as well as HRIS systems.
- Proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to senior leadership.
- Ability to travel globally (0-10% of the time).
