Location: Hybrid based in Richmond, VA
Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually (part-time, 20–25 hours/week)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and executive reporting for headcount, turnover, compensation benchmarking, and DEI analytics.
- Design and analyze employee engagement, pulse, and lifecycle surveys to drive workforce strategy recommendations.
- Coordinate payroll operations with third-party providers/PEOs, ensuring HRIS data integrity and compliance.
- Deliver ad hoc workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making and talent management initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership on EOS-driven execution and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a solid focus on analytics and operations.
- Experience within financial services, REIT, or professional services environments.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Richmond, VA.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience with employee engagement survey design and analysis.
