What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end immigration program, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and outside counsel.
• Own the relationship with the US PEO and oversee payroll administration and benefits coordination.
• Support international employees across multiple countries by managing EOR partners and local compliance.
• Maintain data integrity and record management within Rippling HRIS.
• Handle core HR administration, including I-9 compliance, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
• Identify manual bottlenecks and build automated workflows using AI tools and HRIS integrations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a tech company or fast-scaling startup.
• Proven proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically Rippling.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating immigration cases (H-1B, L-1, O-1, green card).
• Experience supporting international employees or contractors via EOR partners or global frameworks.
• Strong background in vendor management and coordinating with external counsel.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
