Senior Product Manager (LegalTech): Leading the development of Docket from MVP to product-market fit, focusing on litigation intelligence and AI-driven workflows for SMB law firms. Focus on integrating court filing data, automating deadlines, and leveraging AI agents to optimize the litigation lifecycle.
Location: Hybrid. Expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney to be in office at least twice per week.
Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do
- Define and evolve the vision for Docket as a workflow-centric litigation intelligence product.
- Identify high-value use cases for SMB litigators in key U.S. jurisdictions, including CA, NY, TX, and FL.
- Own the roadmap for docket/document sync, auto-calendaring, deadline derivation, and Vincent AI integrations.
- Drive feature prioritization based on customer value, coverage constraints, and revenue impact.
- Design product-led growth loops with built-in virality to drive adoption and matter-based expansion.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years in Product Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in legal tech with a track record of shipping products used by lawyers.
- Deep understanding of litigation workflows, including dockets, filings, and case strategy.
- Proven experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Ability to work with data-heavy products involving search and structured/unstructured data.
Nice to have
- Experience with docketing products (e.g., Docket Alarm, Trellis, UniCourt) or practice management systems (e.g., MyCase).
- Background in law (JD or equivalent) or extensive hands-on experience working with lawyers.
- Experience with legal AI tools like Harvey or Legora.
- Expertise in product-led growth for SMB SaaS.
