Location: Hybrid. Expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney to be in office at least twice per week.

Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do

• Define and evolve the vision for hirify.global Docket as a workflow-centric litigation intelligence product.
• Identify high-value use cases for SMB litigators in key U.S. jurisdictions, including CA, NY, TX, and FL.
• Own the roadmap for docket/document sync, auto-calendaring, deadline derivation, and Vincent AI integrations.
• Drive feature prioritization based on customer value, coverage constraints, and revenue impact.
• Design product-led growth loops with built-in virality to drive adoption and matter-based expansion.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in Product Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in legal tech with a track record of shipping products used by lawyers.
• Deep understanding of litigation workflows, including dockets, filings, and case strategy.
• Proven experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to work with data-heavy products involving search and structured/unstructured data.

Nice to have

• Experience with docketing products (e.g., Docket Alarm, Trellis, UniCourt) or practice management systems (e.g., MyCase).
• Background in law (JD or equivalent) or extensive hands-on experience working with lawyers.
• Experience with legal AI tools like Harvey or Legora.
• Expertise in product-led growth for SMB SaaS.
