TL;DR

Senior Product Manager, Onboarding and Activation (B2B SaaS): Designing and optimizing the first 120-day customer journey to drive product adoption and reduce churn with an accent on activation systems and in-product guidance. Focus on building scalable onboarding funnels and internal tooling for migration teams to decrease time-to-value.

Location: Remote across the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec). Local candidates in Burnaby, Calgary, and Toronto are expected in office minimum two days per week.

Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do

  • Own the full 120-day onboarding and activation experience across all hirify.global products to ensure sustained usage and value.
  • Define and track activation metrics using cohort analysis, funnel instrumentation, and time-to-milestone tracking.
  • Develop and optimize internal tooling for Onboarding Specialists and Data Migration teams to reduce setup friction.
  • Create in-product guidance such as checklists, empty states, and contextual tooltips to guide customers toward first-value moments.
  • Collaborate across multiple product teams (Manage, Work, Grow, Payments, Accounting) to align the onboarding journey.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end onboarding and activation funnels with measurable impact.
  • Experience defining activation metrics and driving instrumentation to track them.
  • Ability to drive cross-team outcomes and alignment without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec).

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech, vertical SaaS, or professional services contexts.
  • Experience in a multi-product company where users onboard into a platform over time.
  • Familiarity with analytics and onboarding tools like Pendo, Amplitude, Appcues, or Segment.
