Salary: $153,600 – $230,400 USD

What you will do

• Manage Enterprise performance metrics, operating cadence, and business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) via leadership dashboards.
• Identify and resolve growth constraints within the Enterprise funnel, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Define GTM strategy, account segmentation, vertical prioritization, and ICP definition.
• Lead strategic analysis on growth opportunities, including market sizing, competitive landscaping, and financial modeling.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and synthesize inputs into execution plans and business cases.
• Evaluate international expansion opportunities and assess market performance and risks.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or product strategy.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market sizing, and competitive landscaping.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex datasets into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada (excluding Québec).

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• BizOps experience in a scaling-stage technology company.
