TL;DR

Account Manager (Custom Software): Managing and growing relationships with existing clients for AI and low-code custom applications with an accent on client retention, expansion, and consultative selling. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, managing client roadmaps, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States); mandatory periodic travel to Denver, CO office.

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 (Base) + Uncapped Commission (OTE $200,000 – $250,000)

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities including upgrades, renewals, and cross-sells.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams (Developers, Architects, Project Managers) to align scope and client expectations.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track account health, pipeline, and renewals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk and manage client escalations.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within technology or professional services.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must currently reside in the United States.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships with direct revenue responsibility.
  • Strong consultative selling mindset and verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Quickbase) or SaaS delivery models.
  • Experience working within a Technology Partner Program environment.
  • BA or BS degree.
