What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, triaging and routing requests to internal Subject Matter Experts to ensure resolution.
• Identify client pain points and lead product demos to recommend enhancements and upsell opportunities.
• Manage the Product Asset Library, partnering with SMEs to develop one-pagers, case studies, and social content.
• Maintain the company website and social media channels, leveraging analytics to provide growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead progression and execute campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success.
• Background in a B2B SaaS or digital services environment.
• Must be based in CT or NC.
• Strong presentation and writing skills for creating pre-sales content.
• Experience with website content authoring and basic updates.
