Salary: $1,000 - $1,100 a month

What you will do
- Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, CRM (Go High Level), and online community platforms.
- Support new client onboarding by guiding users through initial steps and addressing program inquiries.
- Assist with enrollment-related queries and navigate clients through the registration process.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions within internal systems.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure a consistent and professional client experience across all communication channels.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client services.
- Experience using Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Based in South Africa or Philippines.

- Experience supporting online education platforms or high-ticket programs.
- Exposure to the healthcare, wellness, or medical industry.
