TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Marketing): Managing client relationships and tracking marketing performance for healthcare clients with an accent on client retention and ROI analysis. Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Manage client relationships, handle day-to-day communication, and conduct monthly performance reviews.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating necessary follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and regular client updates.
  • Monitor client satisfaction to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal SEO, content, web, and design teams to ensure all client deliverables are met.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and connect them to ROI-focused insights for clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support.
  • Experience in marketing, SaaS, or healthcare sectors is preferred.
  • Must be based in Canada and able to work within North American time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn marketing performance tools, including Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional work experience.
