What you will do

• Handle member requests via chat, email, and phone in a timely, accurate, and helpful manner.
• Analyze member interactions to identify areas for improvement and suggest product enhancements.
• Implement better internal processes and tools to optimize the customer experience.
• Contribute to building, nurturing, and scaling the Belgian care team.
• Develop deep expertise in the healthcare and insurance sectors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, education, or communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in English + Dutch OR English + French.
• Must be based in Belgium or France.
• Empathetic mindset and a passion for solving user problems.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with modern technology.
• Entrepreneurial motivation and enthusiasm for teamwork.
