Salary: $19–$22 per hour

What you will do
- Conduct 70+ outbound calls and SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings.
- Identify member needs and resolve benefit-related inquiries using internal data and technology.
- Schedule medical appointments to ensure continuity of care for members.
- Build rapport and trust through empathetic communication and patience.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and meet productivity goals.
- Support multiple programs and cross-train as needed during peak business seasons.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral) is required.
- Must be based in the USA.
- High EQ with proven ability in de-escalation and tailoring communication to member needs.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and internal technical systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Nice to have
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with Medicare Advantage.
- Previous experience working in a contact or call center.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling, and insurance benefits.
