TL;DR

Salary: $19–$22 per hour

What you will do

  • Conduct 70+ outbound calls and SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings.
  • Identify member needs and resolve benefit-related inquiries using internal data and technology.
  • Schedule medical appointments to ensure continuity of care for members.
  • Build rapport and trust through empathetic communication and patience.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and meet productivity goals.
  • Support multiple programs and cross-train as needed during peak business seasons.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral) is required.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • High EQ with proven ability in de-escalation and tailoring communication to member needs.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and internal technical systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with Medicare Advantage.
  • Previous experience working in a contact or call center.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling, and insurance benefits.
