TL;DR

Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding of service professionals onto the platform with an accent on early adoption, relationship building, and value delivery. Focus on guiding users through product utilization, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term retention.

Location: Must be based in Mexico

Salary: $25,450–$28,500 annual OTE

hirify.global is a software platform that helps home service professionals streamline their business operations, scheduling, and payments.

What you will do

  • Own the initial onboarding phase for new Pros, including account activation and product adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to active product use.
  • Communicate client feedback, trends, and pain points to Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with Account Managers to mitigate churn risk and drive long-term customer growth.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for product expansion using deep product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in full-time customer success, implementation, or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Ability to work shifts Monday - Friday, 11am-8pm PST.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
