TL;DR

Customer Solutions Advisor (EdTech): Guiding learners from initial enquiry through programme selection and onboarding within fixed cohort deadlines with an accent on call-led engagement and CRM management. Focus on streamlining the learner pipeline, ensuring funding compliance, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to the London office)

What you will do

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails to guide learners through programme discovery and suitability.
  • Drive learners through the application pipeline to meet strict cohort start-date deadlines.
  • Support employer-sponsored learners with business case preparation and internal approvals.
  • Maintain accurate learner data and activity logs within the HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Admissions, and Customer Success to optimize the learner journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in a call-based, customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in managing high conversation volumes alongside CRM workflows.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight, non-negotiable deadlines.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot is preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in education, training, or apprenticeship sectors.
  • Familiarity with compliance-led or eligibility-based processes.
  • Experience with B2B or employer-led customer journeys.
