What you will do
- Handle inbound calls from international students regarding university applications and admissions.
- Perform strategic outbound cold calling and follow up on hot leads to increase enrollment rates.
- Provide detailed explanations of application compliance policies, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain professional and culturally sensitive communication with a diverse global student body.
- Track application progress and document all interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the team to meet conversion targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Work Schedule: Fixed 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
- English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills required.
- Experience: 3-4+ years of customer support experience, preferably in education recruitment, admissions, or sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment with minimal background noise.
- Commitment: Willingness to stay in the industry for at least 2 years.
