• Maintain professional and culturally sensitive communication with a diverse global student body.
• Track application progress and document all interactions within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the team to meet conversion targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Work Schedule: Fixed 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
• English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills required.
• Experience: 3-4+ years of customer support experience, preferably in education recruitment, admissions, or sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment with minimal background noise.
• Commitment: Willingness to stay in the industry for at least 2 years.
