What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone and email to drive revenue growth.
  • Qualify prospects by analyzing their licensing needs and career goals to recommend appropriate education pathways.
  • Guide customers through the course selection and enrollment process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and document all interactions within the CRM.
  • Stay current on state-specific contractor licensing regulations to provide expert consultative guidance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while collaborating with the team to share best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a phone-based sales role.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, LMSs, and call center phone systems.
  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in professional, higher, or K-12 education.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or contractor licensing.
