What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone and email to drive revenue growth.
- Qualify prospects by analyzing their licensing needs and career goals to recommend appropriate education pathways.
- Guide customers through the course selection and enrollment process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and document all interactions within the CRM.
- Stay current on state-specific contractor licensing regulations to provide expert consultative guidance.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while collaborating with the team to share best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a phone-based sales role.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency with CRMs, LMSs, and call center phone systems.
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in professional, higher, or K-12 education.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or contractor licensing.
