What you will do

• Drive growth within current retail accounts by identifying opportunities for expanded shelf space and higher volume targets.
• Prospect and pitch to new retailers and buying groups to secure new storefronts and online listings.
• Analyze buyer needs to create high-performing product assortments and proposed educational solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals across new and existing channels.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns to maximize customer value.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and report market intelligence on retail trends and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management with a proven ability to hit targets.
• Experience working with wholesalers, retailers, and contract pricing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Professional experience utilizing CRM systems for sales tracking.
• Strong communication, time management, and strategic planning skills.
