What you will do
- Drive the health, growth, and impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups.
- Serve as a strategic coach to ERG Leads and Executive Sponsors to improve community engagement.
- Lead the execution of cultural heritage months and create belonging-related internal communications.
- Identify and secure accessibility needs for company events, such as ASL interpreters.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure and report on community health.
- Collaborate with Social Impact and Culture teams to bridge internal belonging with external community impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building belonging, employee engagement, HR, or community management.
- Deep knowledge of inclusion best practices and ERG structures.
- Proven ability to influence and lead through others without direct reporting lines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal content creation.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple events and heritage months simultaneously.
- Must be located near offices in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis.
