What you will do

• Drive the health, growth, and impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups.
• Serve as a strategic coach to ERG Leads and Executive Sponsors to improve community engagement.
• Lead the execution of cultural heritage months and create belonging-related internal communications.
• Identify and secure accessibility needs for company events, such as ASL interpreters.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure and report on community health.
• Collaborate with Social Impact and Culture teams to bridge internal belonging with external community impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building belonging, employee engagement, HR, or community management.
• Deep knowledge of inclusion best practices and ERG structures.
• Proven ability to influence and lead through others without direct reporting lines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal content creation.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple events and heritage months simultaneously.
• Must be located near hirify.global offices in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis.
