TL;DR

Organizational Change Consultant (HR): Leading and supporting organization-wide change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies with an accent on sustainable transformation and stakeholder engagement. Focus on conducting impact assessments, designing targeted communications, and partnering with L&D to embed a change-capable culture.

Location: Hybrid (Maple Plain, MN). Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card), or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $76,700 - $115,100 a year

What you will do

  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives and program goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and barriers to adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to secure buy-in across all organizational levels.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications and support materials for affected audiences.
  • Partner with L&D to develop training content and coordinate learning activities.
  • Track and report on change progress using adoption metrics and provide corrective actions to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in organisational development, HR, change, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, organisational development, HR, or consulting.
  • U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status (strictly required for ITAR compliance).
  • Practical experience with PROSCI ADKAR or a similar change management framework.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (10–20%).
