TL;DR

HRBP Generalist (Cybersecurity): Supporting the Americas Region across talent, performance, and employee development with an accent on HRBP partnership and operational compliance. Focus on delivering performance improvement processes, managing employee data in Workday, and facilitating communication between leadership and staff.

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX, USA

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives in close collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Build trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communications and relations.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure people business metrics are quantified and outcome-driven.
  • Own and deliver the Performance Improvement Process and manage employee off-boarding via Workday.
  • Act as a local advisor to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience supporting large teams of 500+ employees.
  • Proven track record of guiding leaders through the performance management process.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other data reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and experience supporting remote workers.
  • Must be a U.S. candidate based in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday, Google Apps, and PowerPoint.
  • Background working in a growing, global software environment.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Ability to audit and analyze data to propose continuous improvements.
