What you will do

• Execute core People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers to triage concerns and questions.
• Manage standard employee relations matters, including performance concerns and low-to-moderate risk cases.
• Support the execution of recurring People programs like performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Maintain and audit employee data across HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of immigration processes and document collection.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative support.
• Experience facilitating standard employee life-cycle processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and handling sensitive, confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Boston, MA for on-site work.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
