Location: Must be based in the USA. Remote role, but candidates within 45 miles of Dallas, TX are expected to work hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday).

Salary: $83,600 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Translate company strategy into clear, executive-ready materials and cohesive visual narratives.
• Serve as the lead information designer, transforming complex data and spreadsheets into professional, Board-ready slides.
• Draft scripts and talking points for Town Halls, All-Hands, and Keynotes to ensure leadership voice consistency.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute leadership forums and track action items to ensure decision execution.
• Conduct ad-hoc research and benchmarking on technology, HR, and learning trends for executive discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and drive strategic assignments to completion.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4–6 years of experience in Executive Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff support.
• Expertise in Information Design, specifically visualizing hierarchy, process flow, and data.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) to translate product roadmaps into business stories.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with C-Suite leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage logistics for high-pressure executive meetings.
