Salary: $91,000 — $123,100 USD

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day Detroit office operations, including food & beverage, badge access, and janitorial services.
• Coordinate office initiatives and projects such as tenant improvements, construction, and IT/AV updates.
• Manage third-party providers, handle invoice processing, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Assist with office and conference budgets, including operating and capital expenditures.
• Host weekly meetings to foster culture and showcase local studio projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office environment support and employee experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage outsourced providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, real estate, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time from or relocate to Detroit, MI, and work in-office five days per week.
