Salary: $98.4K – $125K

What you will do

• Create a high-quality daily experience for NYC colleagues and guests.
• Manage office inventory, supplies, and food & beverage services.
• Oversee the NYC office budget and ensure high ROI on spending.
• Organize internal and external events, including onboarding and global All Hands.
• Own space planning, capacity management, and layout enhancements.
• Handle mail, shipping, receiving, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an office manager or administrator.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time onsite work.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fast-growing tech companies is a strong plus.
