Salary: $123,000 — $189,200 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the workplace operations team, overseeing meeting operations, Food & Beverage (F&B), repairs, maintenance, and onsite events.
• Manage day-to-day HQ operations, including janitorial services, life-safety compliance, and space planning.
• Oversee site-level budgets (capex/opex), accruals, and forecasts in partnership with Finance.
• Manage relationships with landlords and key site vendors through SLAs and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate capital projects with the Global Workplace Project Management team to enhance facilities.
• Serve as an operational partner to the C-suite, managing executive facilities requests and high-profile activations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of workplace programs or site management experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen for budget oversight and vendor management.
• Proficiency with workplace systems such as Space IQ, Coupa, ServiceNow, Scout, Asana, and GSuite.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for full-time onsite work.
