What you will do

• Drive cross-functional event teams to ensure all tasks are on track and events are set up for success.
• Manage end-to-end event design, planning, budgeting, and logistics for SF office and occasional offsite experiences.
• Oversee the execution of 2-3 events and dinners weekly, ensuring they meet strict company standards.
• Communicate with external vendors and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of progressive event coordination experience.
• Experience successfully managing 4-5 events simultaneously.
• Must be based in San Francisco to support the hybrid in-office requirement.
