What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to resolve root causes.
• Perform preventative maintenance, equipment installations, and site surveys.
• Act as the primary customer contact during service visits to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete detailed service reporting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks for after-hours and weekend support.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with ATM, slot machines, cable, or telecommunications field service.
• Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems.
• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50–75%).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments.
