Location: Hybrid: Must be located near the Marlborough, MA area and region (Massachusetts or New Hampshire, US)

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGMs and ETGs in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing to ensure proper machine operations.
• Assemble and prepare accessories for installations based on change orders.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, daily/weekly tech logs, and maintenance records.
• Utilize Management Terminals (MT) daily to verify the status of gaming machines.
• Adhere to strict safety procedures regarding electricity, ladder use, and heavy equipment transport.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required by law.
• One year of experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices (or 6 months with a related gaming school certificate).
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network communication troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis for short distances.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, service manuals, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
