TL;DR
Field Service Technician (Gaming Hardware): Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers with an accent on routine maintenance, emergency response, and inventory accuracy. Focus on conducting pre-site surveys, reporting service trends, and upholding safety guidelines in casino environments.
Location: Omaha, NE, US (must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship). Willingness for daily travel in assigned territory, up to 75% travel including regional/national.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

What you will do
- Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
- Perform routine maintenance and respond to customer calls/emergencies promptly.
- Complete pre-site surveys, follow schedules, and manage parts inventory accurately.
- Support customers with technical inquiries, documentation, and trend reporting.
- Use field service tools for accurate activity reporting and self-direct daily tasks.
- Uphold professionalism, safety guidelines, and high customer service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 21 years old.
- Clean, valid driver’s license with insurable record.
- Able to acquire gaming license (company assists with application).
- Willing to travel daily (up to 75%), regional/national up to 30%.
- Authorized to work in US without visa sponsorship.
- Self-starter, organized, proactive; calm in fast-paced environments; effective communicator.
- Physical ability: lift 50+ lbs, push 250 lbs with equipment, climb ladders, good dexterity.
Nice to have
- Experience as slot technician, field service, or diagnostic work.
- Experience with electronics, mechanics, troubleshooting, on-call, and travel.
