What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and Electronic Table Games (ETGs) according to Gaming Commission standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure proper machine operation.
• Utilize Management Terminals (MT) to verify machine status and prepare accessories for installations.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, technical logs, and maintenance records.
• Adhere to strict safety procedures regarding electricity, vehicle safety, and heavy equipment handling.
• Collaborate with management and technical leads to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
• At least one year of experience in electronic gaming device repair (or 6 months with a gaming school certificate).
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network communication.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level electronics training is helpful.
