What you will do

  • Plan and organize industry exhibitions and events, including securing venues, booth spaces, and hotel blocks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop booth layouts, demo setups, power requirements, and staffing plans.
  • Manage event logistics, including shipping equipment, freight coordination, and securing demo gear.
  • Supervise on-site booth construction, equipment unpacking, and tear-down processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, evaluate supplier proposals, and handle procurement for event materials.
  • Maintain project timelines, track budgets, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in event and trade show management, preferably within the B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events from conception to completion.
  • Familiarity with venue rules, union labor, and show services.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle high-energy environments.
  • Must reside in the US and have valid work authorization.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 60% of the time.
