What you will do
- Plan and organize industry exhibitions and events, including securing venues, booth spaces, and hotel blocks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop booth layouts, demo setups, power requirements, and staffing plans.
- Manage event logistics, including shipping equipment, freight coordination, and securing demo gear.
- Supervise on-site booth construction, equipment unpacking, and tear-down processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, evaluate supplier proposals, and handle procurement for event materials.
- Maintain project timelines, track budgets, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in event and trade show management, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events from conception to completion.
- Familiarity with venue rules, union labor, and show services.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle high-energy environments.
- Must reside in the US and have valid work authorization.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 60% of the time.
