What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end logistical planning and coordination for tradeshows and field marketing events, including venue sourcing and staffing.
  • Own tradeshow operations from kickoff through delivery, including booth orders, space planning, and shipping logistics.
  • Act as the project manager for assigned events, maintaining timelines and keeping stakeholders on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure event readiness and messaging alignment.
  • Manage event budgets, tracking actuals against forecasts and identifying financial risks.
  • Operate core event systems including Cvent, Salesforce, iCapture, and Airtable for registration and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on event management experience with a focus on tradeshows and/or field marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage events from planning through on-site delivery with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent events and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience tracking event budgets and managing financial actuals vs. forecasts.
  • Working knowledge of Cvent, Salesforce, and Airtable.
  • Must be based in the United States.
