What you will do

• Define and implement best practices for direct mail usage across the funnel, from prospecting to customer engagement.
• Design high-impact, creative physical experiences and dimensional packages that drive differentiation and action.
• Manage end-to-end production, including vendor coordination, timelines, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Partner with Brand, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including meeting conversion, pipeline influence, and ROI.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in B2B marketing, growth, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Hands-on experience running direct mail or gifting programs.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring and communicating business impact.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
