Global Events Manager, Flagship Events: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of hirify.global's annual flagship conference SIGNAL, translating vision into world-class attendee experiences for developers, technologists, and executives with an accent on strategy, production, and global adaptation. Focus on orchestrating large-scale logistics, cross-functional collaboration, budget oversight, and KPI measurement across LATAM, EMEA, and APJ regions.

Location: Remote (US, not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA)

Salary: $87,840 - $129,000 (varies by state)

What you will do

  • Lead SIGNAL strategy, defining attendee journey, themes, and goals to drive brand equity and pipeline, integrating with broader marketing.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end production including venue, budget, vendors, operations, experiential engagement, sponsorships, and onsite execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product marketing, sales, and creative teams to align needs and maintain unified brand voice.
  • Manage full-cycle project timelines, global status meetings, and workstreams like sponsorship, registration, content, and demand gen.
  • Build and steward multi-million dollar budgets, negotiate contracts, and report ROI.
  • Adapt content for regional nuances in LATAM, EMEA, APJ and support SIGNAL World Tour; define KPIs and conduct post-event analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-growth tech event marketing, leading large-scale user conferences (2,000+ attendees)
  • Proven track record managing flagship events with strategy, production, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and experience advising C-level on strategy and keynotes.
  • Expertise in event strategy, execution, large budgets, vendor management, and complex timelines.
  • Collaborative leadership by influence across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Agile, proactive mindset for fast-paced environment; approximately 30% travel.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Airtable, Swoogo, Slack, Google Suite.
  • Experience managing events across international regions and developer community trends.
  • Familiarity with event technical operations (AV, lighting, live-streaming, etc.).
