What you will do
- Develop, plan, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns supporting ’s programs.
- Conduct audience and market research to identify optimal channels for target segments.
- Create engaging content including copy and initial design concepts for emails, social media, ads, websites, and collateral.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve programmatic and organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional B2B marketing experience
- Quick learner able to distill complex programs into simple concepts for diverse audiences
- Self-starter with creative mindset for innovative marketing solutions
- Strong project management and communication skills for leading cross-functional initiatives
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for managing workflows, deadlines, and budgets
- Proficiency in digital tools: Monday.com, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Marketing Cloud
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Genuine interest in sustainability and clean transportation
