What you will do

• Deliver client auto physical damage appraisals, audits, and evaluations in full conformance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain and improve service delivery to meet or exceed contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize advanced negotiation skills to resolve disputes with shops, carriers, and claimants.
• Drive productivity standards and identify ways to improve operational efficiencies through technology or process improvements.
• Maintain required home state and company licensing through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with insurance carriers, automotive appraisal, or body shop estimating.
• Current home state adjuster license (or designated home state if not offered).
• High school diploma (advanced education and training preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electronic estimating software and ability to multi-task across multiple systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently from a virtual office.
