What you will do

• Validate motor claims for indemnity and fraud across the mitigation team.
• Assess liability using available evidence and tools to minimize indemnity spend.
• Manage a portfolio of motor claims from allocation to settlement, contacting claimants and representatives timely.
• Identify cases for direct intervention to reduce hire duration using in-house motor engineers.
• Perform accurate quantum assessments and apply reserves according to company guidelines.
• Maintain proactive diary management to progress live hire cases.

Requirements

• Strong communication and effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to use initiative to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Insurer RTA obligations, credit hire case law, and legal precedents.
• Visa: Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship provided.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Liverpool or Sevenoaks.
